Nest & Stack Crates are commonly used in food processing plant as well as transportation and storage of freshly produced food. Nest & Stack Crate operate under two conditions: they can be stacked when loaded and turn 180 degree to nest after inside product were emptied. This space-saving feature gives rise to a lot of innovative storage solutions.

• Nest and Stack plastic crates turn 180 degree to efficiently nest inside each other for return transport or storage when empty, which can save up to 58% space. They are stackable and nestable.

• The plastics crates are made of 100% Virgin PP (Polypropylene) and able to resist the damaging effects of oils, not sensitive to acids and alkaline solutions,easy transporting.

1. Smooth internal surfaces and rounded corners for exceptionally easy to clean

2. Flat solid base for smooth running on conveyors

3. Optionally perforated sides or base for lower weight and good air circulation around the contents

4. The customer's logo can be applied onto the crates by screen printing, hot stamping
