The steel-plastic structure pallet with built-in steel pipe (as indicated by the arrow) effectively solves the problem that the heavier the product is, the higher the self-weight and the high cost will be. More importantly, it can meet the strict requirement that the transverse and longitudinal deflection ≤10mm on the shelf (stereoscopic warehouse), and reduce the deformation and cost at the same time. (Limited to pallets with built-in steel pipes, transverse and longitudinal will have different types according to actual product differences)

The surface design of the pallet' s bottom deck (as indicated by the arrow) makes the pallet run more smoothly on the chain conveyor. Also, it solves the problem that due to the long-term friction with the metal and old product parts fall off to get the equipment stuck, thus improving the safety of the equipment operat ion.

Way Rack Pallet (7 steel tube built-in)

3 steel tube (with dimension 13, 25, 2.2 * 1200mm) placed under 3 runners and 4 (with dimension 13, 25, 1.7 * 1200mm) under the surface. Steel tube were completely sealed in the pallet by cold pressing.
