Warehousing: 

Huayide directly introduces the WMS system, and divides the goods according to the owner, floor, and category. Through the system operation, the goods warehousing only need to be manually operated. It not only saves staffing, but also reduces the repetition rate of operations, thereby saving costs.

Storage: 

Goods are divided into two broad categories: pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceuticals. The form of the medicine is formal, but the batch number is complex. According to the product specification, batch number, manufacturer, and owner, the electronic supervision system is used to reduce picking errors, reduce labor costs, and increase picking efficiency. In terms of storage, Huayide has set up an automated stereo picking area, covering an area of more than 1,700 square meters, more than 20 meters high, about more than 7,000 pallets, and can store about 130,000 boxes, mainly used to store BC products. The 5 sets of stackers operate at the same time, and the handling capacity of pallets in and out per hour is about 200 pallets, which are divided into pallet picking in and out and online box picking. By controlling the online picking of varieties in the warehouse, the efficiency of entering and leaving the whole pallet is fully guaranteed. The linkage between the automated stereo warehouse and the floor is realized through automatic pallet conveying equipment, stacker equipment, roller conveying equipment and belt conveying equipment. The types of non-pharmaceuticals are complex, mainly including health care products and medical devices. non-pharmaceuticals generally have different shapes, large volumes, complex cargo space management, and large inventory volume. It is necessary to divide a large area for mixed storage according to the level of the cargo owner.

Outbound: 

According to the outbound path of the goods and the goods label, the outbound is carried out. For goods picking, a multi-floor picking conveyor line system is adopted to maintain the relatively independent functional distribution between floors to achieve organic connection between floors. It improves the smoothness of the traditional whole area to the outbound collection area, and also provides fast replenishment support for the zero-demolition area on different floors. The form of passing through the floor adopts the climbing perforation, which greatly reduces the cost and improves the overall economy of the project. In addition, Huayide has also introduced a sorting and confluence system. The multi-floor goods (whole pieces, review packages) are transferred to the first floor through the conveyor line and enter the lifting wheel-type sorter for confluence and collection, so as to achieve smart configuration of distribution lines. The glide path slides down to the horizontal accumulation section by gravity for the operator to carry it, which greatly saves energy consumption and reduces operating costs, and is well received by the owners.
