Longspan shelving

Longspan shelving is suitable for people to put and take out, easy to install and disassemble,general beautiful. The shelving height is not over 2.5m. It can reach to 3m if use step ladder. According to the shelving unit weight, it can be divided into three types: longspan shelving I, longspan shelving II and longspan shelving III.

Longspan shelving I is a modular design and bolt-free lock-in system with low cost. They are easily to be installed and dismantled. It is consisted of upright, beam, narrow hanging, wide hanging and panel. The loading capacity is not more than 300kg per level, the total loading capacity is not more than 5000kg.

It is widely used in all kinds of industries. It can be used alone or be arranged by one row.

Longspan shelving II is consisted of frame,beam,panel and other accessories. The unit loading capacity is from 200kg to 1000kg, the shelving total loading capacity is not more than 5000kg.

Length ≤2.5m Depth ≤1m Height≤3m

Compared with longspan shelving I, the loading capacity reach to about 500kg per layer, because the panel is put on the beam, the span is small. Even the same size racking, the loading capacity increases more. It is widely used in all kings of industry.

Longspan shelving III, the unit loading capacity can be reach from 500kg to 4000kg per level. Length ≤3m Depth ≤1.2m BUT not limit for shelving height.
