In radio shuttle racking warehouse, each aisle is provided with a specially designed guide rail for the shuttle cart running. The shuttle cart is operated on the guide rail, using the lifting plate and positioning sensor and the photoelectric sensor can accurately identify the pallet position and storage gap to access goods. The advanced controller program ensures the reliability of the system. Selecting the operation mode you need ,each cargo will be transported to the corresponding storage location, and stored in turn. The access to the cargo can be easily operated by the forklift through wireless remote control.
The forklift can transfer the shuttle to different aisles. Multi-channels share one shuttle, and the shuttle can cooperate with stackers, carrier or AGVs to automatically exchange and dispatch between different channels. More flexible and more automated.
