Cold chain AS/RS

Cold chain AS/RS refers to a specific application form of automatic three-dimensional storage applied in cold chain low-temperature warehouse.
The cold chain AS/RS needs to store and store goods in the closed cold storage. Therefore, the internal space should be completely isolated, so that the cold air will not overflow and the operator can also work at normal temperature.
In the cold chain AS/RS, the automatic conveyor system controls the goods to reach the corresponding stacker, and then the stacker operates. Similarly, the stacker cooperates with the transport belt for shipment.

Indonesia frozen logistics center height is 24m, consists of 5 sets double deep , 1 set single deep stacker, 120 sets of conveyors and other replated products. It is fully automated storage and retrieval system for ice cream with 10260 pallet positions. Environmental temperature is -28℃.
